Erasmus + – Incoming students

Erasmus + is open to all students willing to join any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree offered by the Pantheon Design & Technology Institute who comply with the following requirements:

Eligibility

To be eligible to register as an Erasmus + student at Pantheon Institute, you should meet the following criteria: First, be enrolled at an ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) affiliated higher education institution partnering with Istituto Pantheon; and second, you are nominated by your international department by sending an email to [email protected]

Academic Requirements
Have completed at least one year of university studies.

Language Proficiency Requirements

Our lectures are all given in Italian. To be eligible for our programs, students must have a minimum language proficiency level of B1 in the language of instruction (Italian). This requirement is in place to support your academic success and participation in our courses.

Demonstrating Language Proficiency:

You can demonstrate your language proficiency with a declaration of proficiency from an official or national language authority or institution. We are here to assist you in meeting these language prerequisites and ensuring your academic journey is a successful one. For that purpose, we have an Italian Language Foundation Course available to students. For more information on language requirements ([email protected] / [email protected] )

HOW TO APPLY (STUDENTS)

Candidates must be nominated by their sending institution by submitting the following required documents to the following email address [email protected] / [email protected] within the dates indicated below for your chosen intake at Pantheon:

Pantheon Winter Intake: November – March

Pantheon Spring Intake: March – July

The Pantheon Design & Technology Institute only accepts applications authorized by its partner universities and academies. If your Higher Education Institution wants to become a Pantheon International Partner, please write an email to: [email protected]  / [email protected]

Assessment System

The final selection of students takes place on the basis of the judgment expressed by the Course Coordinator and the availability of places.

Before arrival, students must check the regulations in force for entering Italy for study purposes. In particular, students coming from a non-European country must request a study visa from the Italian Consulate/Embassy.

The Erasmus + Program does not include costs for attendance. Students will be responsible for the cost of travel, health insurance, accommodation, meals, materials and visa fees (if necessary).

The Pantheon Design & Technology Institute uses the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). One lecture lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Exchange students will receive a Transcript of Records at the end of the semester.

Credits can be recognized by the home university in accordance with its own regulations.

Grades at the Pantheon Design & Technology Institute are expressed in thirtieths (30/30).

Erasmus+ for Staff Mobility is open to all staff from partner institutions willing to come to the Pantheon Design & Technology Institute to improve and learn from the practices at Istituto Pantheon. Staff on Erasmus+ Mobility will have to comply with following requirements:
